FOD 4024 - Enhanced ePACES PA Inquiry, available under NYHIPAADESK in the eMedNY Quick Reference section, has been updated. The Submitted Range for prior approval inquiries defaults to the current date and the day before. Also, in the PA inquiry Search Results section, pended or suspended prior approvals will not display links to the prior approvals in question. The provider may refer to their PA Roster to determine why the prior approval pended. If the PA Roster is not available, the provider may mail in a PA Roster Request form available under Information in the eMedNY Paper Forms section.
