Webinar presentations require both ActiveX and a updated version of Java in order to run.

When you click on the webinar link you may be asked to install Active X from a bar across the top of the web page, right click on the bar and select install from the drop down menu.

Java is a common application already installed on most computers. If you do not have an updated version of Java installed, you will be prompted to do so.
