The July 13, 2006 version reflects a change to an item on page 21 of the manual. Under Program Specific Variation on Frequency of Service, OMRDD, it had been stated:
"Case contact is defined as direct contact (by phone or face to face) with the individual or his/her family."
The July 13 version now reads,
"Case contact is defined as direct face to face contact with the individual or his/her family."
